Thomas Bossard

Thomas has spent most of his life living in the south. From Augusta, Georgia, he moved around the country while working in the design and event planning industry in NYC and Aspen, Colorado. When he moved back to the south, he landed in Aiken, SC and has been a resident since 1996.

Thomas has a love for horses and fox hunts with the Aiken Hounds. He also has an interior design business that serves him well as a realtor. He has renovated many downtown historic homes for himself as well as for clients. His work has been published in numerous magazines. He is involved in many local charities and volunteers his time with the Aiken Animal Shelter, Saratoga War horse among others.

Aiken is one of the most charming towns in the country. Originally a winter colony of international sports enthusiasts, Aiken is now one of the country’s most important equestrian centers. Aiken boasts the largest urban forest in the United States, Hitchcock woods, which are situated in the center of town, filled with miles of trails and jumps for the horses. There are many fox hunt clubs in Aiken as well as polo and driving clubs. There are several race tracks in town and Aiken is a premier place to train thoroughbred horses. Aiken is geographically situated close to many large cities such as Atlanta GA, Charleston SC, and Charlotte NC, all which are approximately a 2-1/ 2 hour drive.

Thomas looks forward to helping you find that special property to call your own, whether it is a horse farm, a quaint downtown cottage, and all in between.
